Most of our items can be returned if unworn, unaltered, all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items must be received by our returns centre within 28 days from dispatch.


We are sure you will love your purchase but in case is not quite right, we are extending our returns policy during the Christmas period from the 1st November 2018 to the 13th January 2019 for items purchased during this time. Standard exclusions apply.


Step 1 Create your Return Authorisation

Log onto your account here, Select My Orders and create a return for every item, making sure you comment on the new size you require.
You can now see your return as pending and once the return has been
authorised an email will be sent with a link to your free returns

Step 2 Create a Free Returns Label

Follow the steps in your Authorisation email to create your free returns

Step 3 Send the Parcel

Enclose your Returns Authorisation Number in the parcel, affix the returns label on the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your local Post Ofiice.

Step 4 Keep Up To Date

Login to your account to get updates on the progress of your return.

*Please note that to receive a free returns label an authorisation will need to be created in your account and only available for UK mainland Customer*

Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges (UK only) can take up to 7 Working Days to process. We are not able to exchange for alternative Items or colour.

Refunds will be actioned within 10 Working Days once processed by our returns team.

Express Exchange

We offer an Express Exchange service to make sure you have your items in time for that special event. Just contact our Customer Service Team for further information.
