Most of our items can be returned if unworn, unaltered, all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items must be received by our returns department within 28 days from dispatch.

HOW TO RETURN TO US IN 4 EASY STEPS:

Step 1 Create your Return Authorisation

If you have not set up your account yet or can't remember your password, click here

Log onto your account here, Select My Orders and create a return for every item.

You can now see your returns as pending. Once the return has been authorised an email will be sent with a link to your free returns label. 

Step 2 Create a Free Returns Label

Follow the steps in your Authorisation email to create your free return label.

Step 3 Send the Parcel

Enclose your Return Authorisation number in the parcel, affix the returns label on the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your local Post Office.

Step 4 Keep Updated

Log into your account to keep updated on the progress of your return.

Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges can take up to 7 working Days to process.

Refund will be processed within 10 working Days once received by our returns team.

Royal Mail free returns labels are only available within mainland UK

We are only able to exchange items for an alternative size.
